Refund/Cancellation Policy
At Magna Investigative Group LLC, we pride ourselves on customer satisfaction. Our private investigators in Huntsville and all of North Alabama are willing and ready to meet your investigation needs. Our refund policy is covered in detail in the retainer agreement that each client must sign before investigative work commences. We require a retainer, and that amount will be negotiated depending on the details of your case. We provide easy methods to process your payment, and if a partial refund is appropriate, we will process your refund within 48 hours.
Neither Magna Investigative Group LLC, nor its employees or agents have made any warranties or guaranties as to the success of an investigation, research, or other matters of question covered during an investigation. Due to the nature of investigative work, no warranties or guaranties can be given as to the success or quality of the results achieved. Our clients understand that surveillance, and investigations by their nature, are limited by time, resources, and circumstances. The information obtained may not be that which is desired, and there are cases where we may uncover information that is not in favor of the client. Our job is to uncover the truth, and we cannot control the outcome of an investigation based on a client's expectation of what they believe the truth to be.
When engaging in investigative services with our private detective agency, we require a 3-hour minimum for most cases. If the retainer has been paid and service has been scheduled, and the client wishes to cancel for any reason, all retainer fees will be refunded minus the 3-hour minimum cost. If we determine that we can no longer assist our client with their case, and we cancel the remainder of the investigation, the retainer fee will be prorated to reflect the remaining time and accrued expenses and refunded.

We are passionate about investigation work, and we are dedicated to satisfying our customer's needs. We work hard for our money, and we know that you do too, so we will always do right by our clients. While we cannot guarantee the outcome of an investigation, that is one guarantee we can make.
